Delivery Systems

HINO: 60’ total length needed

Hino Length 60ft

Advantages:

  • This is our most articulate and precise delivery system. We can often provide exact placement, down to the inch, to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Fast and efficient delivery process that allows the maximum amount of customer flexibility for blocking and leveling the container.
  • Non-CDL delivery rate (less expensive than CDL delivery rate).

Considerations:

  • Requires either an improved surface (pavement, gravel) or a dry, hard-packed, relatively flat off-road surface, for delivery.
  • This delivery system, because of its heavier weight, is often subject to March-April weight restrictions on select roads.
  • 20ft container maximum length.

Pickup with 20ft trailer: 72’ total

Pickup Trailer Length 72ft

Advantages:

  • 4 wheel drive for off-road delivery.
  • This delivery system, because of its lighter weight and 4-axles, is under many March-April weight restrictions.

Considerations:

  • Length of space needed for delivery.
  • At times, placement cannot be exact.
  • At times, delivery process can take longer.
  • CDL delivery rate

Semi with 40ft trailer: 115’ total

Semi and Trailer Length 115ft

Advantages:

  • Safest way to transport 40ft containers.
  • Most reliable way to transport 40ft containers.

Considerations:

  • Length of space needed for delivery.
  • Requires either an improved surface (pavement, gravel) or a dry, hard-packed, relatively flat off-road surface, for delivery.
  • If we will be taking this rig off of an improved surface, customer needs to have a Plan B in place in case it gets stuck.
  • CDL delivery rate

Pickup with 40ft trailer: 115’ total

Advantages:

  • Limited off-road capability.

Considerations:

  • Length of space needed for delivery.
  • Hauling this much weight is hard on pickup trucks so we try to limit the distances.
  • If we will be taking this rig off of an improved surface, a Plan B is always appreciated in case it gets stuck.
  • CDL delivery rate

Mule Delivery

Mule

Advantages:

  • Can fit 20ft or 40ft containers into tighter spaces than any other delivery method.
  • Limited off-road capability.

Considerations:

  • Requires at least 3-4 ft of space on each end of the container to get the Mule out
  • Most time-consuming type of delivery
  • Requires Semi to transport Mule (CDL delivery rates)

We have shipping containers available for rental. Our customers include anyone from power companies and commercial contractors who need secure job-site storage to cabin owners who want a place to store their ATVs and snowmobiles.

If you decide that you want to purchase a shipping container, we can either sell you one from our inventory or arrange to pick one up at a rail yard and deliver it to you!
